| [ 邮寄 / Shipping ] | Anthrōpos是一个小规模的创意工作室，我们会按照下单的顺序在1-2天内寄出，并通过EMS寄出，并通过邮箱告知您「出货通知」，以及“邮寄追踪号码‘。偶遇节假日或者特殊疫情期间，出货日会延长1-2周。运费不包含您所在国家可能收取的关税或海关费用。很遗憾，我们无法控制这些费用，也不对此承担责任。如果您选择拒收包裹，您需自行承担因退回而产生的额外运费、税金、关税和/或其他海关费用。另外，国际件邮寄会被收取10-40%的关税，须由客人承担。

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 7 days after receiving the parcel to arrange a return. For details, please kindly read the following T&C: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging. The shipping fee is non-refundable, we will attach a receipt as proof. When the parcel is returned to China, a customs fee may be applied, the customs fee is also non-refundable. You may ship using any method of your choice, at your expense, EMS is recommended. Please do arrange the return shipping in 7 days after receiving confirmation from us, or the return confirmation will be canceled. Please send us a tracking number after dispatch. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please also kindly note that PayPal’s international fee will be deducted from the refund. Anthrōpos提供七天退换货。若需办理退换货，请于收到商品七天内（以邮戳为凭）回复订单确认提出退换货需求。 我们会通过 email 回复「退换货确认」，并提供收件信息，麻烦您在寄出包裹后回复「追踪号码」给我们。 请确保退回的产品为全新状态，且需包含完整吊牌、产品卡与随附文件。 我们在收到产品后，会尽快为您处理退款事宜，退款处理时间为 10–20 个工作日。Anthrōpos online store offers a 7-day appreciation period. If you wish to request a return or exchange, please reply to the order confirmation email within 7 days of receiving the product (based on the postmark date) to submit your request. We will respond with a “Return/Exchange Confirmation Email” and provide the return address. After you ship the package, please reply with the tracking number. Please ensure that the returned item is in brand new condition, with all original tags, product cards, and accompanying documents included. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund as soon as possible. The refund process may take 10–20 business days. Kind reminder: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. |
